Evidence that Joe Biden, Anthony Bleken and Lloid Austin helped Israel to commit war crimes.

The 9-year-old Palestinian boy, who lost his hands to Mahmoud Ajura, was put in my head when my organization, Dawn, decided to ask the International Criminal Court to investigate war crimes committed by high-ranking US officials. Ajjour is one of the thousands of children’s amputations in Gaza – now at home for the largest population in the world. Compared to the 13,000 children killed by Israel, he is probably one of the happy ones.
At the end of January, our organization working to reform US foreign policy in the Middle East, served On 172 pages of the legal right to the International Criminal Court, he called on him to investigate former President Joe Biden, former Secretary of State Antoni Bleken and former Defense Minister Lloida Ostin for the assistance and support of war crimes, crimes against humanity, starvation and genocide against Palestinians. The court has already accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Yoav Gallant Minister of Defense for committing the same crimes. The desire for the responsibility of US officials in the United World Criminal Court was not a decision that we made slightly, especially when the court faces the threats of the US itself. But the evidence against Biden, Blowin and Austin is so preferred and the devastation for the Palestinians is so terrible that we thought it is our duty, as an American organization, to demand accountability for their crimes.
Article 25 of the Rome Statute, which regulates the ICC, defines the crime support accessories as a crime itself. In order to be responsible for the assistance and support of the international crime within the Roman Statute, there must be evidence that a person not only contributed to the crimes, but knew that such a contribution would contribute to the commission of crimes.
It was not difficult to document such evidence.
Biden, Bankin and Austin provided Israel of military, diplomatic and public support, knowing that such support will facilitate Israeli attacks on civilians, mass murder and deliberate deprivation of gases needed for survival. Israeli officials openly talked about the starving Palestinians as a punishment for October 7, and Israel intentionally blocked food and water from the entrance to the territory that now imports almost all food, creating hunger similar to conditions.
Military support that these officials are authorized was important for Israel’s ability to exercise their atrocities. Outside almost $ 20 billion, Israel relied on the US to provide exploration and assistance; Attack armed groups in Iraq, Syria and Yemen; And deploy reserve forces such as US and planes. Without this assistance, Israel could not completely destroy the civilian infrastructure in Gaza. In October 2023 galant confess This Israel depended on the US assistance for its hostilities, emphasizing that the Israeli government “relies on them for aircraft and military equipment.” Other Israeli officials interpret What “while Israel has its exploration, the US and Britain were able to provide air and cyberspace exploration that Israel cannot collect on its own.” And if Biden’s administration briefly suspended weapons supplies to Israel, Israeli defense forces were forced ration Its use of some ammunition.
According to the US law, the US law was illegal. Biden, Pankinen and Austin rejected the advice of their own staff to stop these weapons translations as they violated US laws, such as sections 620i and 502B of foreign aid law and the law that prohibits the arms to be offended.
Several high -ranking state and public officials publicly fell In protest against Israeli’s policy of Baden. Even the Biden administration’s own report confessed to Congress that Israel did not comply with international laws that prohibit the attacks on civilians, used US weapons to target civilians and civilians, and blocked humanitarian aid – including food, water and medicine. Biden himself warned Israel that he was losing international support from the “bombing”.
These officials knew that Israel would use American weapons to continue their crimes, but instead of following the law and cutting off the stream of weapons, they replenished and even accelerated bombs, artillery shells, mortar cartridges and rockets.
The political support that President Biden’s authorized was also important. The United States has vetoed seven resolutions of the Security Council, including those calling for humanitarian aid, and abstained votes for all four successful resolutions that tried to stop or limit Israel’s attacks on civilian residents. It was in conjunction with Biden, Blinka and Public Substanting Austin Israeli – when they sometimes strengthened false characteristics, for example, that they cut off children or mass rapes designed to incite fury to Palestinians and neutralize the public confrontation with the Palestinians. Without the determined support of these three US officials, the international community may have been able to order Israel to stop the fire and stop the bleeding under the threat of sanctions.
Calling the ICC to investigate US officials is politically rich, and with the new Trump administration it is taking additional legal risks. On February 6, President Donald Trump resumed executive sanctions against the ICC – an attempt to interfere with the investigation of Israeli officials. On February 13, the Treasury Department sanctioned the ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan in accordance with this order, prohibiting him to “services” to persons who can assume that he includes a submission. Although the federal court secured Previous Trump’s preliminary sanctions on the ICC as an unconstitutional violation of free speech, it is unclear whether the new court will be able to confirm this conclusion. On January 24, the Dawn Representative Office preceded the new Trump sanctions, but the provision of new evidence of the court will be risky, and the ICC lawyers and partnerships expressed fear of being affected by sanctions and other punishments.
Seeking the persecution of the ICC US officials can also cause a congressional response against court. Despite the fact that the Democrats in the Senate succeeded in the bill for much broader sanctions against the court in January, the ghost of investigations against US officials may well push the updated efforts to adopt the bill.
Pressure on trial is huge, and its survival is threatened – and not only as a direct result of the sanction of its chief prosecutor. If the ICC is not responsible for those responsible for crimes in the gas from political pressure, it will lose what authority retains, and confirm that it exists only for the persecution of the guilty of the global southern seasons, which are considered acceptable. IF IT Continues to Prosecute Not Just Indicted Israeli Officials But Us Ones For The Genocide In Gaza, The United States Will Undoubtedly Demand That Its Allies – Like The United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, And France, The Bulk of the Court’s Funding – Abandon Their Membership in the Court as well, just as it is now demanding that they refuse to enforth the arrest warrants against netanyahu and gallant shouldie.

The implementation of these attacks is crucial for the protection not only of the ICC, but also of all institutions of international law, which are the goals of the Trump administration. Pressure Tactics only facilitate the Trump administration to dismantle the international court and other international bodies that dare to dispute the impunity of the United States, Israel and Western countries. We should not allow the gas to become a cemetery of international law so that the new cemetery is multiplied around the world.
Where else can you achieve justice if not the ICC? Who else can hold the criminals who have been accountable and dispute the impunity that made Israel and even American officials treat each man, woman and child as a “terrorist” and eventually sentence them to death? Calculations of political expediency depending on the expulsion of Agurus, and Palestine residents from the search for justice – a deadlock; Because if there is no justice for everyone, there will be no justice for anything.
The hard and chaotic second term Donald Trump is just beginning. In the first month, Trump’s office and his Like -Elon Musk (or this is the opposite?) Proved that nothing is safe from sacrifice at the altar without checking strength and wealth.

Even the left who disagrees with some of the Zelensky politics, it is glad that he did not retreat to Trump.

In 2022, the blast in the Russian colony killed dozens of surrender of Ukrainian soldiers. Families still fight for justice.

The president continues to swim his colonial absorption plan. But people in Gaza just want to go home. How do we know? Because we asked them.
