Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp users report difficulty for accessing them from the mass global shutdown.

More than 22,000 people reported about Facebook issues on Wednesday night, and more than 18,000 fought for using WhatsApp, the Downdector website website reports.
Applications problems were registered in the UK, parts of Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and the United States.
