As a result of a massive Israeli attack, a residential building in the center of the Lebanese capital Beirut was destroyed.
The eight-story building was completely destroyed without warning while people were sleeping in the capital’s densely populated Basta district, Ugo Bachega told the BBC.
At least 11 people were killed and more than 60 injured, according to Lebanon’s health ministry.
The Israeli military has not yet commented on the strike on Bast.
