The US government is trying to overcome nuclear security officers, which it fired on Thursday after the concern has grown that their dismissal may endanger national security, the US reports.

Employees of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) were among the hundreds of employees of the energy department who received the termination letters.

The Department is responsible for the development, construction and supervision of US nuclear weapons.

The termination is part of the mass efforts of President Donald Trump to reduce the ranks of the federal labor, the project he started on his first day as less than a month ago.

US media reported that more than 300 NNSA employees were released, citing sources with knowledge of this issue.

The press -secretary of the Department of Energy was disputed, which said CNN that “less than 50 people” were fired from NNSA.

On Thursday, the dismissal included staff located in the premises where weapons were built, CNN reports.

Since then, the Trump administration has tried to change its stops, the media reported, but it is reported to have fought to get to the people who were fired after they were closed from their federal accounts by email.

On Friday, sent by NNSA staff, and received NBC News: “NNSA’s stopping letters are canceled, but we do not have a good way to contact this staff.”

“Please work with your executives to send this information (as soon as you get it) for people’s personal contact letters,” Remember added.

Last week, nearly 10,000 federal workers released several agencies, several US outlets reports.

This figure was in addition to approximately 75,000 workers who accepted the White House’s proposal to voluntarily leave in the fall.

Trump is working to cut costs on the entire board abroad and at home, and goes so far as to urge the education department.

He receives assistance from the richest person in the world Elon Musk, who, trying to be called the Department of Government Effectiveness (DOGE), sent workers to go through the data to federal agencies and helped to sell the “Ring” proposal.

Last week, Trump administration ordered the agencies to dismiss almost all test workers, those who usually served less than a year and have not yet earned work protection. This included NNSA staff.

In general, this step can potentially affect hundreds of thousands of people.

Several efforts of the Trump administration to reduce the size of the government and the expenses have been achieved by legal issues.

More than 60 court lawsa was initiated against the Trump administration, as the president was opened on January 20.
