The Supreme Court has ruled on emergencies that the Trump administration could temporarily send immigrants to other countries in which they have no connection.

Earlier this week, six Conservative Judges Supreme Court has ruled that while things were going in the lower courts, Trump administration could temporarily recover its fast deportation of immigrants For other countries they have no connection. Trump’s representatives immediately announced that they would dispute the lower court, preventing them from deporting eight people who are currently located in a converted shipping container at a jibout air base to South Sudan, A country that seven of the eight detainees had no connection.

Eight men in Djibouti are a stunted fruit to introduce hell, leaning against pain, fear and threats to physical and mental harm to immigrants. They are with Myanmar, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos, Mexico and – one of them – South Sudan. According to the administration, all were convicted of violent crimes. In other words, they can hardly cause great sympathy for society and, as a consequence, perfect laboratory rats, which need to experience a grotesque new expulsion and survival policy and the theory of the executive.

At the end of last month, eight men were complete, practically without notice, on transport planes and flew to Djibouti, with the designated final destination of South Sudan. As the judge in Boston intervened by issuing a ban against deportation to South Sudan, they were kept in a suspended state in Djibouti, where they were guarded around the DHS agents around the last month.

Now the administration wants to quickly monitor deportation to one of the poorest and most violent countries on Earth.

There are literally no The legitimate reason for the deportation of these people to South Sudan. On a scale from zero to 100, Worlddata.com Gives the country zero for civil rights and health, and it rewards the country 92 (listed “catastrophic”) on its corruption index. Really U4 Anti -Corruption Resource Center It lists the South Sudan as a “kleptocratic dynamics” and reports that “it regularly enters the bottom of international corruption indexes.

The average per capita income in South Sudan is $ 460 a year, and the total GDP of the entire economy is only $ 3 billion, one ten thousands of the US economy. Elon Musk could buy the country 150 times and still go forward. More than every fifth south -Sudanese suffers from HIV/AIDS, and each of 40 tuberculosis.

The World Health Organization suggests that Life expectancy For the resident of South Sudan only 58 years. After Independence from Sudan in 2011, South Sudan fell during the Civil War; And although this conflict is now officially ended, Council on Foreign Relations Reports that intercom violence continues and that “the country continues to suffer from one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.” Due to the prevalence of abduction and armed conflict in the State Department there are “Don’t travel” Advisory for South Sudan, listing it as level 4 is the highest level of warning – because travelers will experience extreme violence.

This is the country to which Trump will now be deported by immigrants. It is strange that the Supreme Court seems comfortable, giving its idea.

In her terrible dissent, Justice of the sotomoer He wrote that “the government in words and act made it clear that it feels unnecessary law, freely deported anywhere without any notice and opportunity to hear.” She continued that, as a consequence, the intervention of the Supreme Court in this case could well lead to the “exposure of thousands of torture or death”.

Within hours of the ruling, Press -Secretary of DHS TRICIA MCLAUGHLIN They confirmed these fears, involving that it was time to “light deportation planes”.

This is all done in the name of the American people in our Names. This is a calculated, intentional deportation of migrants to the detriment. There is simply no other explanation why the administration will send anyone to South Sudan. This is the use of harsh conditions in order to horrify the migrants either or do not come to the United States in the first place; It is also perhaps the use of these harsh conditions for further degumanization of immigrants. After all, it seems incredibly that the courts would allow citizens to be sent to us to a place that the State Department is mainly identified as in one level with one of the Dante circles; If the courts do They constantly allow them to send migrants there, is it not legitimized by the ideology of the magician, that they are smaller beings, which are provided with less rights than the rest of us, and otherwise to otherwise invincible conditions? The psychological argument is not too different than the one used by the Nazis in the ghettoization of the Jews, and then further demonization and doubt in their humanity for their bodies and clothing, their dirty performances, manifested by poverty after spending months in these ghetto.

When I went to the New York Hotel last week, my taxi driver continued to switch radio from one hard right head to the next one. Everyone was focused on laser on unregistered immigrants, and everyone was more bile than the latter. It was Christie Noah, who read aloud, PSA condemning the undocumented immigrants for an array of blood crimes. There was anyone else about the rapist and migrants of pedophiles. There was anyone who thought about immigrants who took work and benefits from Americans.

For them, immigrants are bad people – people who deserve to get into the planes and flew twice around the world to throw them into a violent country, where everything will be conspiracy not only against their chances of success, but even against their survival prospects. For them, all unregistered immigrants are desperate, not like most of them, ordinary people trying to provide security, education and opportunities, a decent salary and a clean environment, as well as sustainable food stocks for themselves and their families.

None of these opinions, which did not mention the glorious heritage of America as a country, is quite large, physically and spiritually to welcome migrants millions. No one acknowledged that the convincing economic and cultural advantage that migration has been delivered over the centuries.

“Give me fatigue, your poor, your compressed masses that seek to breathe freely … And I will give them a one -sided ticket into the newest range of Dante.” It does not have the same ring as the original poem “New Kolas”, but I’m afraid it speaks more honestly with the state of things in America in 2025.
