Russia and Ukraine have it hundreds of prisoners of war were exchanged in a deal brokered by the United Arab Emirates.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that it had exchanged 150 Ukrainian soldiers who are in captivity for the same number of Russian soldiers. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that 189 Ukrainians have returned home.
