Witnesses have described the moment a ski lift broke down in the Spanish Pyrenees, leaving at least 17 people seriously injured.
One boy said people were “flying and pirouetting” when “the whole chair suddenly started bouncing”.
Ambulances and helicopters took the injured to the hospital.
The cause of the elevator accident is still unknown.
