Liam Payne Death Case, Waiter Arrested For Supplying Cocaine

Brian Nahuel PaizA waiter living in Buenos Aires was arrested in connection with the death of Liam Payne … for providing cocaine to Payne.

Paiz was booked by authorities at his home in the Argentine capital, where he was under house arrest, days later. charged on the death of the singer.

Local authorities raided Paiz’s home earlier Friday before arresting him.


Paiz before admitted to using drugs with Payne. In fact, she told TMZ she attended the X Factor alum in her hotel room at the CasaSur Palermo twice in the days leading up to Payne’s death.

She told us that they used cocaine and whiskey, but denied that she sold Liam drugs. In fact, she says that Liam offered her a Rolex and he refused.

He faces four to 15 years in prison for the charge.Paiz says he is being treated as a murderer and feels like a scapegoat.

The waiter was one of 5 people charged earlier this week … including Liam’s friend Roger Nores and CasaSur Palermo hotel employees Ezequiel Pereira, Gilda Martin and Esteban Grassi.

Payne fell from his third-floor hotel balcony after a day of whiskey and cocaine.
