Three weeks ago, Hamas posted a video of a 19-year-old Albag called on the Israeli government to reach a deal.
The ceasefire was concluded after months of indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas led by the US, Qatar and Egypt.
It will be implemented in three stages, and the second stage should begin six weeks after the end of the truce. In the first stage, about 1900 Palestinian prisoners will be released in exchange for 33 hostages. Israeli troops will also start departure from positions to gas, and hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians will be able to return to the areas from where they escaped or were expelled.
The ceasefire should lead to the final cessation of the gas war.
Ninety -one hostage, captured on October 7, 2023, is still in Gaza. Israel believes that fifty -seven are still alive. Three of the other, two of whom are in custody ten years or more.
