People gathered on the annual Groundhog Day in the Goebera handle in the city of Pastsyan, Pennsylvania.
Punxsutawney Phil, Groundhog, shared his prediction with a single person who can understand him – the president of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club.
The rules are simple: If Phil, Ground, see your shadow, while sitting on the top of the tree trunk, it will be six weeks in winter.
