Diddy‘s sons are now waging their own legal battle, warning the scammer Kim Porter the book, which is supposedly based on his diary, to shut it down or face a lawsuit.
Christian and: Quincy Combsissued a cease and desist letter to a guy Courtney Burgess and his lawyer Ariel Mitchell The book Kim Porter Tell It All (‘Tell It All’), currently sold online under a pseudonym. Jamal Millwood.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, the Combs brothers say they became the legal heirs and owners of Kim’s intellectual property rights after her death in November 2018 … and therefore own her diary entries.
As they point out…Burgess himself has done a series of interviews to promote the book, claiming it’s the “original unedited” copy of his diary/memoir.He claims he got a flash drive from people close to Kim and printed it out is it without any editing to make the book.
Quincy and Christian shot down the story, saying the whole flash drive story was “blatantly false” and misleading the public, but added in the letter that if true the flash drive would belong to them… as Kim’s heirs.
We spoke to Burgess and Mitchell A few weeks ago in New York, where they told us they met with federal prosecutors, we were told the feds seized his phone, which contained a copy of the data on the flash drive used for the book.

Kim and Diddy’s sons are now putting Burgess on the clock. they say she has 5 days to shut down online sales of the book, stop doing interviews with her false claims, and hand over any of Kim’s assets she claims to have.They also want to account for the money she’s already made from the book.
The unspoken threat here is that … a lawsuit could be the next step for the Combs brothers.
