As we have told, Kennedy is told by law enforcement sources got into an argument with the woman, whose name has not been released, and allegedly grabbed her.
According to Burbank Police Dale’s arrest log, an officer spoke with a woman at the residence who said her boyfriend had picked her up and threw him to the ground. Kennedy was arrested for domestic violence against her husband/partner.
But sources tell us this arrest not the end For James and Ellie, who are staying together despite getting into an argument on Tuesday night, which was all one big misunderstanding.

Ellie also attended Windsor’s New Year’s Eve bash at Los Angeles’ Short Stories Hotel on Wednesday … and sources who saw her there say she didn’t act at all like anything happened the night before.
