As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot answer every baseless claim He believes in a judicial process in which fact will be separated from such opportunistic fabrications.”
Didi is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit… and this time the accuser has included pictures from the party where she was allegedly molested.
LaTroya Grayson An Oklahoma woman has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, Bad Boy Records and several other companies over a 2006 incident in which she claims she went to a Combs party and was drugged and raped.
Here’s the deal … according to the lawsuit, Grayson’s sibling won a radio contest through KJAMZ, a local Oklahoma radio station, that included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in New York, and two tickets to Diddy’s “White Party.” in New York.
Grayson says he and his sibling went to New York. he included in the complaint a photo of a purported party invitation and pictures of his Delta airline tickets to take him from Tulsa to New York on October 16, 2006, and then again on the 17th.
He also includes a picture of a bill for the Roger Smith Hotel, a Manhattan landmark paid for by Atlantic Records.
Grayson says he and his sibling went to a party that turned out to be a Black Party, but got separated as they entered the party… with Grayson walking in and his sibling left outside.
Grayson says the waitresses were circling the room with pre-made drinks, and after she said she only had two, she started feeling sick and headed for the bathroom.
Grayson says he doesn’t remember the rest of the night…instead, he woke up at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.When he woke up, he says he had a torn shirt, no underwear, and most of his money was gone.
It’s important to note that Grayson doesn’t remember anything about this assault that he says happened… so he can’t say for sure who molested him, and he never mentions that he actually saw or spoke to With Diddy at the event.
She then flew to Oklahoma, where she says she got a call from an unnamed woman who she says told her not to pursue Diddy because he’s a “celebrity” and he’ll just “waste her time.” “
The lawsuit filed by Grayson’s attorney. Ariel Mitchellsays that out of fear and confusion, she decided not to report the rape at the time.
As you know, Diddy is currently locked up at MDC Brooklyn awaiting trial on charges of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
