Angelina JolieHer career is like her ex-husband’s famous movie…a case of the professional Benjamin Button syndrome, as she says she’s getting better jobs as she gets older.
The actress sat down for an interview The Times – was released on Saturday, and she says that while many actresses will say they get less desirable roles as they age, she doesn’t feel the same way.
Angelina says: “I’m getting better jobs as I get older. I don’t think about it in terms of the roles that are offered, but in terms of the life experiences that you contribute.”
So Angie seems to be getting the perfect roles… and rather, her perceptiveness is helping her deliver better performances.
Either way, it’s a pretty stark contrast to what other stars are into Geena Davis and: Maggie Gyllenhaal – have said in recent years … decrying the difficulty women find meaningful parts in Hollywood after they reach a certain age.
As you can imagine, the interviewer tries to ask Angelina questions about her breakup Brad Pitt … but he repeatedly shut down questions about it, the writer noted that he could talk about so much, considering: trial they are involved.
Jolie opened up about her family life in a meeting with her kids … admitting that work isn’t everything, but her kids are.
BTW … Angelina answers questions about taking on new roles to promote her new movie Mariah. all about the opera singer Maria Callas who is drawn in the flm as the sense of age robs him of his power.
Clearly, AJ doesn’t feel the same way.
