David Dobrik‘s body has gone from dough to brick… he just revealed after spending the last 12 months in the gym.
The internet superstar showed off her crazy transformation in several YouTube videos posted Tuesday afternoon … explaining that just before New Year’s last year, she wanted to turn her life around.
Dobrik said that after years of eating junk food and drinking sugary drinks, his body fat percentage increased; 27.8 percent … and he was determined to do something about it within 365 days of 2024.
Dobrik’s friend, Ilyahelped train him for the past 12 months … and check out the results, he’s a smash!!
In her vlog documenting the transition, her friends were shocked at how her new figure looked. some even joked that they were much more attracted to him now.
Dobrick said his body fat percentage dropped to 13.1…and he gained a total of 10.5 pounds of muscle.
As for all of Ilya’s hard work getting Dobrik down…he did earn a Ferrari after all.
Talk about a hell of a year.
