Footage captured by a webcam in New Orleans shows the moment police rush to the scene of the deadly attack.
Ten people were killed and at least 35 injured when a man drove a truck into a lively crowd at around 03:15 local time (09:15 GMT).
The FBI confirmed the suspect was dead and called the attack an “act of terrorism.”
