Kanye WestHis antics are on full display in a new video showing his deposition from the latest tech lawsuit … and TMZ has the first look.
The deposition footage shows Ye having a bit of an argument with the lawyer who was trying to ask him questions.
This scene comes courtesy of the new A&E show, “Interrogation Raw. under the famous oath” … and the second you see Ye’s hat is off while he’s looking at his phone, you can tell it’s going to be fun.
When a lawyer? Michael diaper calls out Kanye and berates him for looking at his device, Kanye states that his “mental genius” requires him to be on the phone to stay focused on what he calls a “bull****” trial.
Kanye then agrees to take off his hat and take out his phone, but then he pulls out his face covering, telling Popock: “You have no right to see my face!”
Kanye later confronts Popock, asking him to explain where he is and what’s in the room with him, saying… “Are you stupid? You’re talking to the richest black man in the history of America.”

“Interrogation Raw” premieres Dec. 26 at 10pm ET/PT on A&E, and the network says Kanye’s announcement “redefines celebrity legal drama” … not to mention genius.
