Wendy Williams he’s responding to a lawsuit from his custody attorney about his alleged “good days and bad days” … saying the statement is actually a bunch of hogwash.
The legendary TV personality tells TMZ… Roberta KaplanWho is the attorney representing the guardian in her lawsuit against the makers of Where’s Wendy Williams? series, has no business commenting on his mental state… because he’s never even met a lawyer.
He adds… “How would he know that? I’ve never met Roberta Kaplan. I’m locked up in a fancy prison.”
Wendy’s applause comes a day after Roberta’s spoke to TMZwhere he said WW was still battling frontal lobe dementia … even though Wendy was lucid and like him In “Breakfast Club”. Thursday morning.
According to Roberta, Wendy has moments of clarity… but dementia has no cure, that’s why Sabrina Morrissey appointed to handle his personal affairs; Morrissey is an estate administration attorney in New York and has been Wendy’s guardian for the past several years.
Wendy, however, painted a completely different picture of her situation … revealing in a rare interview that she doesn’t think she’s “cognitively challenged.”

He also claimed he was mistreated while in conservatorship, comparing his care facility to prison … where he said he only had $15 to his name.
