Wendy WilliamsCustody issues have the attention of at least one New York lawmaker … who’s pushing hard to make it easier for his family to visit him.
Anthony PalumboA New York state senator tells TMZ … he’s reintroducing legislation today that would change custody laws around family visitation in the state.
According to Palumbo. “Karilyn’s Law” will allow families to visit relatives by petitioning the court…the guardian will then have 10 days to show the court if the intended visitor is behaving inappropriately and if not, they can visit.
He says the law is meant to provide a legal way for family members to visit a loved one in custody, which he says is lacking in existing frameworks.
