There are many ways to encourage the child, but for students of any age, honest, authentic and permanent messages from adults who have confidence in their eyes are among the most powerful.
The National Quality Teaching and Training Center has collected a schedule below –50 ways to encourage a child. It is intended for younger students (Head Start/Kindergarten), so we decided we would create another list, more diverse in types of praise and to students from different ages and levels of evaluation.

Elemental
Focused on efforts

Focused on the process
