Donald Trump loaded the nation to another government shutdown. I talked to my Nation Colleague Chris Lehman about big political rates. We take over the rhetoric that changed Trump, which has begun with false and racist claims about the undocumented immigrants who receive help, and now it seems that it is about to overcome the cruelty. We also discuss the Democratic Party’s reaction, and how the party base forced the leadership to take a stronger position. The Chris article on the shutdown may be found here.
