Sexy red it’s good Martin Luther King Jr.after AI’s daughter posted an image of herself dancing with the late civil rights legend.
Here’s What Happened … In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday, Sexyy Red posted an X-created pic of her dancing next to the late activist.
She also uploaded a photo of herself dressed in a sultry red dress photoshopped next to MLK at the 1963 March for Jobs and Freedom on Washington.
While Sexyy Red’s uploads have racked up more than 50k likes, less than one person was happy for the bold tribute… Bernice KingMLK’s youngest child and fellow Civil Rights leader Coretta Scott King.
As Bernice put it online… Sexyy Red’s post was “deliberately distasteful, dishonorable, deplorable and disrespectful” not just to the King family, but to MLK itself.
He added… “(My father) is not here to answer for himself because he was killed to work for your civil and human rights and to end war and poverty.”
Before signing off on her post, Bernice advised the rapper to delete the post … and it looks like Sexy Red heard BK’s message loud and clear, because she’s since deleted one of her uploads.
Although, not everyone thinks Sexyy Red was wrong … even the rapper Blueface:Mom called Bernice to apologize to SR for the shade.
