A few robbers may have dressed up as Santa during the latest heist, but they acted more like the Grinch.
Security camera footage captures the moment a couple of thugs decided to go rogue on a beautiful Sunday, smashing the glass door of an electronics store and stuffing their bags behind the counter.
One of the culprits, who stumbles and almost falls on a pile of glass after entering the store, also helps himself to a shelf full of glasses, drinks, etc.
The troubled twin make quick work of their heist, making off in their getaway car before the police arrive on the scene.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning in Claudio, Brazil… security camera footage shows the theft took place just before 4am.
Local police have not yet announced any arrests in connection with the theft.
Gustavo de Souzawho owns the store, spoke to local news outlet G1 and revealed that the ordeal was especially difficult for him… considering he was the victim of an armed robbery years ago.
He added … “It was a huge trauma. After that 3 years of running after them. Now that I was able to stabilize, they took my goods again.”
We wouldn’t blame de Souza if she wasn’t feeling holy and merry this holiday season.
