Omar Marmoush: Man City want Eintracht Frankfurt forward immediately as German club demand £67m fee | Football News

“Eintracht Frankfurt” has informed that “Manchester City” now wants to get Omar Marmoush immediately.

The German club wants about 67 million pounds (80 million euros) for the 25-year-old player.

There is no release clause for the striker and offers are significantly lower than expected to be rejected by the Bundesliga club, who are third in Germany’s top flight.

City and the Marmoushi camp consider a transfer fee of £42-50m (€50-60m) more realistic.

There have been no negotiations between the clubs yet.

Marmus, who can operate in a front three, has scored 13 goals in the Bundesliga this season, only Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane has scored more.

Marmush statistics

He has scored 18 goals in all competitions this season, second only to the Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah for scoring in Europe’s top five leagues this season.

Victor Reyes

South American football pundit Tim Vickery says that despite Manchester City and Brighton showing interest in Vitor Reis, the Brazilian centre-back is “nowhere near ready for the Premier League”.

South American football expert Tim Vickery speaking on Sky Sports News’ transfer talk about Vitor Reis.

“Palmeiras are in the Club World Cup and they are very keen to keep this centre-back, who turns 19 next week.

“I don’t think he’s anywhere near ready for the Premier League at the moment. He’s classy but he needs to fill in physically.

“Palmeiras have been producing a lot of good players lately, most of them strikers.

“If you were to move him to the Premier League at this point, he would be really bullied. So maybe it’s in everyone’s interest that he stays in Brazilian football a little longer.

“But Palmeiras don’t want to sell before the Club World Cup.”
