Footage shows the moment California Highway Patrol officers spotted and rescued a man clinging to a cliff above Baker Beach in San Francisco, California. According to San Francisco Fire Department officials, a 911 call came in about a man who was stuck and screaming for help. The man was not injured and refused medical attention at the scene, officials said.
