The festival that runs BJ Novak and Michelin Chef Tim Hollingsworth took place at Skylight ROW DTLA in Los Angeles, CA for one day only, where attendees enjoyed gourmet bites inspired by their favorite fast food spots.
Think: Pizza created with Domino’s Garlic Oil Blend, Smoked Salmon, Caviar and Dill Whipped Mascarpone, Country Steak on Hand Rolled Breadcrumbs with Dijon Cheddar Gravy from Cracker Barrel, Red Robin Burger made with American Wagyu Beef and topped with Fried Pickled Jalapenos, Caramelized Onions, Peppers jack cheese and avocado salsa, a cherry flavored shake with graham cracker nuggets from Johnny Rockets, and KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken paired with truffle sauce.
In between enjoying tasting experiences, guests explored 100,000 outdoor locations filled with interactive games, entertainment and fun surprises.
