According to the documents, Meghan says Tori has an army of bloggers she uses to spread defamatory statements about her, including a woman named Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, who is actually Meg sued a few months ago.
In her new documents, Meg says prison phone logs prove a “conspiratorial relationship” between Tori and Elizabeth, she says the calls include a conversation Between Tori and her father, who asked Cooper about the payments to harass Megan.
Meghan says Tori’s ongoing “psychological warfare” against her has ruined her life and sent her into a deep depression that has alienated her from friends.
Although she doesn’t say she’s suicidal, Meghan says she sometimes wishes Tori would “shoot and kill me if I knew I was going to go through this torture.”

Tori is appealing her conviction and Meg says she continues to make false claims about herself as part of her efforts to get out of jail.
She is asking the court to issue a restraining order that would force Tori to stop contacting, harassing or intimidating her, either directly or through third parties.
