Marcus Allen obviously doesn’t think so Travis Hunter will have any problem playing both ways in the NFL… the Hall of Famer tells TMZ Sports Whoever drafts the Colorado star gets “two players.”
Hunter’s future has certainly been the source of much debate in recent weeks, as some, including Rod Woodsonsay it will choose or select defensive back or wide receiver as he reaches the next level to maintain his high level of play.
But when we had Allen out at LAX this week … he seemed to say the Heisman Trophy winner will have no problem taking snaps on offense and defense.
“If you were to draft him,” Allen said, “you’d get two players.
The 64-year-old is clearly a fan of Hunter anyway … as he praised him for his 2024 season, calling him a no-brainer to win the season’s Heisman Award.
As for who he’d like to see Hunter take in the spring draft, he told us he certainly wouldn’t mind if one of his former squads landed him.
