Tim was living in a 4 bedroom house in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida when he died of brain cancer.


The former major league pitcher’s home is 6,242 square feet with all the bells and whistles…including a waterfall pool, jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen in the backyard.

The master suite has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a reading nook with water views, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with twin mahogany paneling, a marble shower, and a separate tub with a Jacuzzi tub.

As we reported … Tim died in October 2023, then his wife, Stacey, is deceased last February, the result of pancreatic cancer. Now their house is about to change hands.

Tim played 19 seasons in the MLB and won twice with the Red Sox in 2004 and 2007 before retiring in 2011… after earning a career salary of $55,995,000.
