Big garbage and dirt stream pushed the vehicle in Los -Andeles (LAFD) into the Pacific in Malibu on Thursday.
The LAFD participant was able to leave the car and went to the hospital with little injuries, the firefighters said.
The storm brought a heavy rain to the La district, affecting the destroyed fire quarters and causing mandatory orders.
