Christine Cavalieri He’s headed to The Hills … looking to get out of Nashville as soon as possible, and he’s willing to take a lot less money to do it in his house.
The reality TV star’s Tennessee home is now listed for just under $9 million … a $950,000 reduction from the asking price she set in August 2024.
This was already a reduction from his original asking price… ’cause he $11 million was wanted when he built the house in June 2024, so it’s clear he’s trying to get the property off his books.
Even with the reduced price, Christine is still likely to make a tidy profit on the home, as she originally bought it for just $3 million back in 2020. her divorce from Jay Cutler.
It’s a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in Franklin, Tennessee … a suburb just outside of the Nashville metro area.
The home boasts 6,799 square feet of living space and a total of 28 acres … more than enough space to comfortably stretch out in. The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and the basement is basically a resort retreat, all thanks to a renovation overseen by Christine.
Add to that a swimming pool, greenhouse and beehives. Again, all Christine’s design ideas. It’s unclear if Christine wants to stay in the area, but one thing’s for sure. he wants to leave this old place.
