“The rescuers told us that they are in contact with her and other people.

Emmanuel is among people waiting for word from their loved ones trapped in the collapsed building, which is located in the busy Carriacou market area. However, it is unclear how many people remain trapped
Rescuers send supplies of water, glucose and oxygen to those trapped through small gaps in the wreckage.
Prime Minister Majaliwa said that after the completion of the mission to pull everyone out from under the rubble, an investigation into the causes of the collapse will be started. Authorities are seeking the owner of the building for information about the incident.
Mr Majaliwa was speaking at a ceremony in Dar es Salaam at the Mnazi Mmoja grounds where thousands of mourners gathered to pay their respects and collect the bodies of their loved ones for burial.
The Prime Minister said that five of the survivors remain in the hospital under observation.
“Rescue operations will continue day and night until the last person is saved,” he said.
After the building first gave way around 09:00 local time (06:00 GMT) on Saturday morning, hundreds of rescuers used sledgehammers and their bare hands to pull away the debris, AFP news agency reported.
Later, cranes and other heavy equipment were brought in to help.
Fortunately, the building was demolished before the market area became too busy.
A team of 19 people was created to inspect buildings in the city. The team will assess structural integrity and recommend safety measures to prevent future tragedies.
