Lauren Pisciotta — WTO filed a lawsuit against After claiming back in June that Kanye fired her after he sent her sexually explicit texts and videos, she’s amended the lawsuit with several new claims … including saying she attended a studio session with rapper Donda and Diddy.
Pisciotta says he and his former artist management client, who is not named in the lawsuit, were invited to Ye’s session with Diddy.
According to the lawsuit, shortly after they arrived, “he and the attendees were served drinks, followed by the announcement that everyone would have to drink if they wanted to stay.”
LP says he had been drinking, but … “After a few small sips of the drink, poured by Kanye West’s studio assistant aka Ye, and then served to him by Kanye West, Plaintiff suddenly became disoriented.”
Pisciotta says he woke up the next day with almost no memory of what happened at the alleged studio session and felt “extreme embarrassment and shame.”
LP says that years later, while working with Kanye, he claims West recounted the night in question … saying they hook up and shared further details of the alleged incident beforehand.
Before Kanye would allegedly reveal those details, Lauren says she thought she was just being roofied and embarrassed at a work function.
As we told you … Lauren already sued Kanye for allegedly sending her dirty text messages where she claimed he wrote things like: I want a girl to tell me how hard they beat them when I cheat on them…” followed by more figurative language.
Pisciotta also claims Kanye would gesticulate while talking to her on the phone … and allegedly recorded the size of his friend’s penis.
It was Didi was arrested last month and charged with racketeering conspiracy, forcible sex trafficking, fraud or coercion, and transportation for prostitution. He has denied all major allegations of sexual harassment against him.
Worth noting… Lauren claims Kanye drugged her in a studio session arranged by Diddy. He is not accusing Diddy of any alleged wrongdoing.
