What he doesn’t say is his last.” The statement at the time is that my company sent a demand letter on behalf of the alleged victim to his attorney and that victim did not demand a single penny from him, instead he only requested a Confidential Petition. Since I sent the letter on his behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but tried to harass me, and his behavior is very encouraging. I am proud of his determination.”
5:00 PM PT — DiddyAttorneys tell TMZ… “This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzby reveal his barrage of claims against Mr. Combs, for what they are; As his legal team has previously stated, Mr. Combs has complete confidence in the facts and the facts of the judicial process will prevail in court that the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.”
Jay Z has been sued for drugging and molesting a 13-year-old girl in a lawsuit involving disgraced rapper Diddy that the music mogul is calling a “blackmail attempt.”
In documents obtained by TMZ … Jay-Z is named by an unnamed accuser who says the rapper and Diddy drugged and raped her back in 2000.
The plaintiff, who is suing as Jane Doe, says the alleged assault happened after the MTV Video Music Awards.
Accusative originally filed a lawsuit against Diddy in October … where he claimed the Bad Boy Records founder and an unnamed celebrity assaulted him while an unnamed woman watched.
The accuser has since named Jay-Z as the other celebrity in the alleged assault, as she re-filed a lawsuit against Diddy to include the “Empire State of Mind” rapper on Sunday.
Jay-Z’s reps responded to the lawsuit with a statement from the rap mogul … who said he was determined to “expose (the accuser) for defrauding (them).”

He continued … “My only heartbreak is for my wife (Beyonce) and I will have to sit down with our children, one of whom is at an age where his friends will surely see the press and question the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I am mourning another loss of innocence at their young age. It is unfair to try to comprehend the inexplicable levels of evil that are designed to destroy families and the human spirit.”
Diddy — who was it? were arrested and charged with racketeering and sex trafficking as of September, he is facing a number of sexual assault allegations in various court cases.
He has previously denied all the charges against him.
