Jamie Foxx isn’t turning the other cheek when it comes to the alleged assault where he took a glass to his face … TMZ has learned he wants the perpetrator prosecuted.
A source with direct knowledge tells us that the actor, who is fully cooperating with the investigation, wants to press charges to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.
There are no arrests yet. While the investigation has not named a suspect or person of interest, we’re told police want to talk Jasper Delphine – A “Jackass” stuntman who was apparently at Mr. Chow’s that night … in connection with the alleged attack.
We’re told cops obtained video from the night in question at Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills … though they’re not saying exactly what’s on it yet because it’s still under investigation.
Our sources say authorities are still interviewing people and putting their case together.

According to our sources, the stunt, orchestrated by members of the “Jackass” production team, angered Jamie … who marched over to tell the pranksters to cut it.
As we previously reported, a heavy drinking glass was thrown, hitting Fox in the face and cutting his mouth.
Actor and rapper Jasper starred in the 2022 film “Jacques Forever”. He is also a founding member of the rap collective Odd Future Tyler, the Creator.
We’ve reached out to Jamie’s attorney, who declined to comment.We’ve also reached out to Jasper for comment…so far, no word back.
