Two of them were reportedly killed at Sana’a airport, the other at Ras Issa port.
It is not yet clear whether they were civilians or Houthi rebels.
“(Israeli) fighter jets launched intelligence-based strikes against military targets belonging to the Houthi terrorist regime on the west coast and in the interior of Yemen,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement.
Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said that he was at Sana’a airport at the time of the attack.
“When we were about to board our flight from Sana’a two hours ago, the airport was bombed,” he wrote on X.
“One of the crew members of our plane was injured. It is reported that at least two people died at the airport.”
