A Hooters waitress turns heads for all the wrong reasons when she gets pulled over for drinking and driving and then tries to flirt her way out of a DUI.

At one point in the body camera footage, the server can be heard telling the responding officer: “Dave, we’re going out.” As he repeatedly calls the officer “Dad,” the officer laughs.
Later in the video, the server tries to get the officer’s cell phone number as her intense flirting continues. The officer rebuffed his advances.
Despite doing everything he could to avoid trouble with the law, such as criticizing an officer about his uniform, he was handcuffed and loaded into a police car after refusing to complete a field sobriety test.
The server later addressed the incident by captioning her TikTok, “Uber is cheaper.”
While her fate remains uncertain, one thing is certain… this Hooters waitress has solidified her place as the internet’s drunken drama queen of the week.
