Here’s the deal … over the summer, Halle claimed Olivier was trying to do it take a break from co-parenting therapyand he protested and asked the judge to make Olivier go back.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge sided with Halle … but noted that Olivier had already complied with her request when she dragged him to court over the matter.
So, Halle gets a small win here.
Halle and Olivier were married between 2013 and 2016, although they only finalized their divorce eight years later in August 2023. They share one child, 11 years old Maceo.
The documents also say the judge is ordering both exes to refrain from discussing any child custody issues or making negative comments about the other or their significant others in front of the boy.
