Food and medical warehouses were also looted, according to help agencies.
Since the onset of the offensive, the necessary services, with electricity, water and the Internet have been unavailable.
Growing anger over the rebels led to the participants of the rally aimed at foreign embassies in the capital, Kinshas.
At least 10 embassies were damaged and looted by protesters who demanded intervene by the international community to stop the insurgent attack when they dragged on a guo.
Rwanda’s military said that Romanian mercenaries were transported to the Rwanda capital of Kigali after they “surrendered M23 after the strategic city is captured.”
But the UN peacekeeper told the BBC that the Romanians were looking for asylum in the UN in Homo, and then were evacuated to Ruanda.
Group coordinator Konstantin Timoft told the TVR news channel that four of his people were injured in contractions but were in a stable condition.
The Romanian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the group had more than 250, and private contractors worked for the Government of Dr. Congo as part of a military training mission.
Dozens of them were spotted on Wednesday in Gissin, just across the border with a goth, searching officers.
“We were not on the battlefield. We were here to train and help in artillery,” only Emil said, AFP said.
“What I learned is what everything could happen. I came. I did my job and now I’m glad to come back and be with my family,” he added.
In 2022, Doctor Congo’s government signed contracts with two private military companies to strengthen its forces against the M23 rebels.
Romanian staff played a decisive role in providing key installations, including the airport, and the checkpoints on the outskirts of the last attack on the rebels was piloted.
