A woman from Georgia sues fertility clinic after a mixture of vitro fertilization (IVF), believed to implant the wrong embryo and another biological couple caused childbirth.
Krystena Murray, Savannah 38, said “with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes” he chose his appearance with his appearance. He became pregnant and gave a baby in December 2023, according to the matter.

He wanted to connect Murray with a child and keep him, clinic, coastal fertility specialists (CFS), which was likely to implant someone else’s embryo.
He asked a DNA test because the baby was not confident that he was not associated with him. When Murray contacted the clinic, the staff warned the biological parents of the baby, according to the matter.
The other couple led Murray to be sued for care, and gave the baby five months after birth. He said he hasn’t seen since then.
“At first I asked a question whether I wanted to be a mother, I tried for so long,” said ABC news. “It’s something that really happens, and it’s destructive, and it can ruin someone’s life and realize that it’s a real opportunity.”

Murray said he dreamed of being a mother. When he was asked at a young age he was what he wanted to be, his response: Mom.
“They were referring to career, but my mind, what I wanted to do with my life was having a mother,” he said. “I thought I had to be the perfect spouse and start a family, and later when I started to grow old, I realized that my priorities have changed and wanted to go to be a mother before.”
Before contacting CFS for about 18 months, he tried intrauterine insemination that he said without success. At the press conference on Tuesday, Murray said he contacted CFS, which works in Georgia and South Carolina, in early 2022 or 2023.
For several months, Murray said he had participated in many appointments that included follow-up studies and blood tests. The two-week injections also suffered every day to stimulate the ovaries, produce eggs to increase the litigation statues.
Murray passed an egg recovery surgery and in May 2023 was pregnant in the second transfer, he said. He gave birth at the end of December 2023.

He bought a household DNA test and received the results at the end of January 2024, confirming that the baby was not confirmed with him, according to the matter.
Murray’s lawyers reached CFS in Februy’s fears of Murray, litigation to share statues. In March 2024, the clinic realized his mistake and reached biological parents to inform their embryo to Murray, according to the issue.
Biological parents sued Murray for the child’s care. Another test of DNA confirmed that the child was genetically related to them, lawsuits.
Murray said he wanted to keep the baby and hired a family law lawyer, but “after the horrible amount of money and time,” he said he would probably lose his case.
When he heard in the family court in May 2024, Murray said that the baby turned to another couple, marking it last time.
Murray said to give up his biological parent “the hardest day of my life”.
“I think of every day. He doesn’t ask yourself what he is doing today,” said Abc News. “I grew up for five months, but I didn’t get to see her first steps. I don’t know what their first words are. I don’t know what landmarks.”

According to his case, Murray said he does not know what happened to his embryon, whether or not another couple was wrong or a pregnancy.

Murray said to bring more consciousness by sharing his story and without knowing that other patients cross something similar.
