The Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool has been rescheduled for Wednesday 12 February after the original leg at Goodison Park was postponed due to adverse weather conditions caused by Storm Darrah.
The game, originally scheduled for December 7, will be the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park before Everton move to their new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium next season.
The new date will depend on Arne Slott’s team finishing in the top eight of the Champions League. Liverpool currently top the new 36 club table.
This would guarantee them a place in the round of 16, meaning they skip out on the knockout stages on February 11/12 and February 18/19.
