Diddy he’s facing another alleged abuse lawsuit … a woman claims he hung her from the edge of a balcony, 17 stories above the ground.
Brianna “Bana” Bongola The suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week … suing Diddy for sexual harassment, false imprisonment and other claims.

According to the docs, Bongolan was staying with Cassie when Diddy came over late at night … at which point she claims he started groping her. Bongolan says she tried to resist when he allegedly grabbed her from the balcony.
Eventually, Bongolan claims Didi pulled her back onto the balcony … before she said he allegedly slammed her into a wall of furniture, which included a table. Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages.
Diddy’s team released a statement denying the claims … saying, “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately be unfounded.”
They continue. “He has an unshakable faith in the facts and the justice of the judicial process. The truth will come out in court, showing that the claims against Mr. Combs are baseless.”
Of course, Diddy is still locked up at MDC Brooklyn … after the judge denied his fourth bail petition earlier this week, arguing that there can be no guarantee of community safety if Didi is released.
His trial is scheduled for next May.
