On April 1, 2025, Senator Cora Booker appeared on the Senate floor. The Senator of the News Station broke the record for the longest speech in the Senate, holding the floor for more than 25 hours.

Senator Cora Booker, currently one of five black senators, has performed on the Senate floor for more than 25 hours. He broke the record of the notorious racist Senator Stroma Prison, who for 24 hours and 18 minutes took part in the 1957 civil rights law. The moment could not be more perfect.
Of course, in America, Donald Trump will be erased from history in federal documents and museums if Trump and his unskilled dei hiring –DPaddy, rich, ЕVery hates me, I“The Kazan Rabeus White guy is collected to erase the achievements of black, Latin American, Asian, Native American and scientists, artists, military leaders, sports stars and politicians. I am not a fan of Booker Booer. I like it, but I didn’t support it in 2020. I see it as a left central Dem with corporate slim. It’s not me. But the Booker rose to this point.

I also want to say, not to select anything from the Booker that people who protest – in the national and democratic town halls, in #teslatakedowns, at a demonstration of federal workers, outside the federal buildings outside the buildings of local authorities; All those who have called their Congress-Species this 24-hour, 20-minute moment in the last two months.
Booker has a good heart. This is understandable. But it has a stronger spine when we showed we are behind it.

Many of us ask the Democrats to focus on our constituents, whether it is a Democrat or a Republican who have suffered from these horrible steps by Trump-Mask. It’s a good policy and it’s a good story. (Democrats lag behind the telling good stories.) Booker made this evening on Monday night, reading letters from voters and other Americans, talking about veterans and elders, as well as sick people and young people lost their benefits or lost economic security.
And the Democrats who came to support Booker – asking questions to give it a few minutes of respite did the same. It was the best indicator of the Democrats after the inauguration – in fact, long before.
At least 39 of 47 Democratic senators joined it.
Unfortunately, there is no John Fetterman. (What happened to him?) Besides, there is no Bernie Sanders. Sanders is engaged in great work, collecting crowds across the country, but it seems to be the wrong event. (I could find no evidence that he had competing engagement or wasn’t good.)
This is not a collection of the best lines of Booker, but I want to mention a few things that broke through: when he said, “In this country so much heart,” it resonated with me and hundreds of other people in social media because it is true; When he told the story of helping his father with Alzheimer to use a public restroom, it was both sharp and very ridiculous. And as Booker said about the prison: “I am not here from his speech. I am here despite his speech. I’m here because as powerful as him, people were more powerful.”
We still have. Go out there and show it.
