Cheryl Hines thoughts about that picture of her famously sane husband, Robert Kennedy Jrdigging into some McDonald’s with the president-elect Donald Trump.
We caught up with Cheryl in Bev Hills and asked her about a possible move to Washington, DC… now that Trump has nominated RFK Jr. to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Our photo showed the elephant in the room, wondering if SH is at all concerned that Trump’s eating habits — his penchant for fast food and well-done steaks with ketchup — will rub off on Robert.
Cheryl tells us: “No, no. Bobby is a very strong-willed, strong-minded man.”
However, RFK Jr. was photographed on a flight with Trump shortly after the election. Elon Musk, Don Jr and President of the Chamber Mike Johnson … because they were all touching Mickey Ds.
It was an odd look for Kennedy, who is known for his strong views on food and obesity, calling much of the typical American diet “poison,” and is expected to make big moves to regulate processed foods.He also chose Trump’s MAGA slogan as his own “Making Americans Healthy Again.”
Soooo, about that photo … RFK Jr. is seen with a red hand with a quarter of fries, a large fries and a coke in front of him. Sherrill gave him an explanation. He’s um … expanding his diet while breaking bread with Trump.I have to say he makes a pretty solid point.
BTW, Cheryl also told us she plans to continue focusing on her acting career while supporting her husband.As for her diet, Bobby might want to keep some almonds and kale on hand while in DC!!! Just say…
