Cardi B: wants millions Tasha K owes her, and he doesn’t buy the blogger’s claim that he’s unstoppable, and now he’s offering the judge evidence for not paying Tasha’s money.
Cardi’s lawyers filed documents in Florida bankruptcy court suing Tasha for the $3.4 million she still owes the rapper in a defamation lawsuit in 2022. Tasha filed for bankruptcy, saying she doesn’t have the assets to cover the judgment, but Cardi says: court that simply B.S.
According to documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Cardi alleges that Tasha fraudulently transferred assets and income in her name and her husband’s name and/or his business.
Cardi also says she discovered multiple offshore trust accounts that Tasha has in places like the Cook Islands, Nevis and Georgia…in the country, not the state.
Even though she’s crying poverty, Tasha still lives a “luxurious life,” according to Cardi.For example, she claims that Tasha and her husband just moved into a luxury apartment … $7,000/month rent.
Cardi is also annoyed by the fact that Tasha flaunts her wealth on social media, she says in the documents, showing Tasha rocking what appears to be high-end clothing, bags and jewelry in multiple posts.
As we reported, Cardi filed and won a defamation suit vs. Tasha for repeatedly telling lies on her show, like calling Cardi a drug-abusing prostitute with an STD.
Cardi is asking the judge to dismiss Tasha’s bankruptcy case and block her from filing again for the next 2 years, during which Cardi will no doubt try to get the millions she’s owed.
