Fifteen people, including 14 women, died as a result of a car bomb to a vehicle transporting agricultural workers in northern Syria, the first respondents say.
Another 15 women were injured by the blast on the outskirts of Manbius, east of Aleppo, Syria’s civil defense reports.
Agency, which is also known as white helmets, said some wounded are in critical condition and warned that the death toll could grow.
There was no immediate claim to any armed groups.
