People protesting the South Korean president’s declaration of martial law “can’t seem to believe” what happened, a BBC reporter reports outside the parliament building in Seoul.
Standing among the chanting crowd, the BBC’s Jake Kwon said the prevailing mood at the protest was one of “disbelief” that martial law could be declared in a democracy.
