Apple to pay $95m to settle Siri listening case

They say that advertisers who received the records could then search them for keywords to better target their ads.

Lead plaintiff Fumika Lopez claims she and her daughter were recorded without their consent.

They claim that after the conversation they were shown targeted advertising products including Air Jordans., external
