One of the men sued Diddy is telling her story on camera for the first time … describing the alleged rape she claims took place after a white party in the Hamptons.
The man sued anonymously and simply filed an amendment to a lawsuit he first filed back in October … claiming he was hired to provide security at one of Diddy’s parties in 2007, and at some point Diddy offered him a drink. he claims to be impaled by something.
Hiding her face and voice, the alleged victim told CNN: “The first drink started to have some effect on me and I just thought, “Wow, these are really strong drinks. It wasn’t until the 2nd drink that I realized there was something wrong with the drink.”
When she was incapacitated, she claims Diddy forced her into the SUV and began sodomizing her. “I was screaming, telling him to stop, it was incredibly painful, and he acted like it was nothing, and he seemed disconnected from it.”
Now, the amended complaint filed by the alleged victim’s attorney Tony Buzbycontains 2 major changes from the original submission: First, he originally claimed the Hamptons party was in 2006, but now says it was in 2007.
Second, in his first filing he said he never married because of the trauma of the rape, but in the new filing he says he was “married at the time and too embarrassed to tell his wife after the abuse.”
Diddy’s lawyers tell us. “After Buzby was exposed this week for pressuring clients to file false cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that, contrary to his claims, there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzby . Amended this complaint to withdraw the allegations and now requests a different date and a completely different year.”
Addressing the previous lawsuit, Diddy’s lawyers criticized Buzbee for holding a press conference to gain publicity while offering a 1-800 number for accusers to call to report their allegations. Diddy’s legal team also noted that the mogul “never sexually assaulted anyone.” adult or minor, male or female”.
