Getting that formula into over 15,000 retail doors is a whole other animal. Volume creates pressure, and pressure is where most brands start to make exceptions. Quality control is delegated. Starr Edwards was making this product the same way before it was a “clean label” marketing category. The recipe has not changed. The original view has not changed. The market eventually moved to where the brand was before, which is a different thing than pivoting to catch a trend.
